Web Site Policies

We do not publish Scout's full name, address, phone number or email address.
Pictures of Scouts or Scouting events will not identify any specific individual.
We do not publish Adult Leader's full name, address, phone number or email address without their written permission.
We do not publish a roster of our Scouts.
We will make every attempt not to link to sites that may contain third party advertising that may be unsuitable for Scouts. If you discover a link that does not meet this criteria, please let us know and we will remove the link as soon as we can.
To protect our children, we promise to abide by the following rules concerning photos of Scouts and/or other children:
  • Any person under 18 years of age is considered a child.
  • Children will be identified by first name only (if at all) on our website.
  • In cases where more than one child shares the same name, we may, at our discretion, use the first initial of the child's last name to differentiate them.
  • Upon parental request, we will not display images of their child, with the following exceptions:
    • Group photographs that do not identify the child by name, or
    • In the background of photographs of other children.
If we make a mistake, we will fix it as soon as possible

We ask that the parent or guardian complete a SSA Pack One Parent Internet Release Form to document if they do or do not want pictures of their child(ren) displayed on this website. The form should be printed, signed and turned in to your Den Leader.

Please remember that we are human, and mistakes will happen. If we mess up, let us know and we will correct our mistake as soon as we can.

The Pack One Website Was Designed With The Following Goals In Mind:

  • To provide information about upcoming pack events
  • To provide an up-to-date pack calendar
  • To provide a site without commercial ads
